About the Founder

Hima Shah is an entrepreneur, STEM educator, aerospace mentor, and business coach. With a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Gujarat University and a Private Pilot’s License holder, she fuses aviation, creativity, and innovation across her ventures.

She also founded RAD Innovations, mentoring high school students and Civil Air Patrol cadets in STEM education, competitions, and research — empowering the next generation of innovators.
